NichiSoffit is available in two different textures; Cedar Texture and Smooth. Soffit panels are also available in vented or unvented versions and come in four different sizes to meet your needs. These soffit products are great for residential and commercial applications.

Our Pelican solid color is a very popular timeless medium/dark gray color with a beautiful satin finish. Batten strips, Trim, and Fascia materials can be finished in the same color or choose a complementary color of your choice. Custom colors are available, as all of our products are prefinished per order, made just for you.
